My 2nd album “More…” was published in July 2016 in Santanyi/Mallorca – after the first album “Klangreise der Elemente” published in 2009. A year-long dream came true and I found the right people and place to do it: a collection of songs and Mantras that mean a lot to me, accompanying and carrying me through turning points of my life. Some are my songs, some are traditional songs, some are mixes of both. Tune into “More…”, click here
We recorded also two of the musical guitar songs of my son Leon, who visited Mallorca in April 2016. “Enid” (no. 4) and “Reflections on Life” (no. 12). Leon also sings the bass voice in the dervish song “Estafurallah” (no.6).
Produced by Brahm Heidl, excellent musician living on Mallorca, who is in charge for all the instrumental parts in all songs (except no. 4 and 12) and male voices – Silke Hamann sings background female voice in no. 2 and 10. The Album has been mastered – and this is a real honour for me! – by Hay Zeelen in his studio at Santanyi.

By the way….. the lyrics “Ish´q Allah” is pronounced here in the Sufi Camp version which learned in 2003 which sounds more like “Ish´q Allah Mabud´illah” and actually not the way it is sung anywhere else. ;-) But when sung with love, well, at some point there is no right nor wrong… it all says “God is love, lover and beloved”
